About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to join our team remotely. This is not a role for someone who merely monitors rankings or generates reports. We need a performance-oriented professional who can guarantee measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate lives and breathes search engine optimization, understands the evolving landscape of discovery, and is deeply committed to their craft.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that deliver guaranteed improvements in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
• Implement and optimize for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure brand visibility within AI-driven search platforms and large language models.
• Drive Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives to secure position zero, voice search dominance, and direct answer boxes across all major engines.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, site architecture improvements, and crawl budget optimizations.
• Perform advanced keyword research, competitor gap analysis, and topical authority mapping.
• Collaborate with content teams to produce authoritative, user-intent aligned content that satisfies both traditional algorithms and generative AI models.
• Monitor, measure, and report on performance metrics with clear attribution to actions taken.
• Proactively identify and resolve ranking drops, penalties, or indexing issues.

Must-Have Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven track record of delivering guaranteed results (e.g., ranking improvements, traffic growth, revenue impact). Provide case studies or portfolio upon application.
• Deep expertise in traditional SEO – on-page, off-page, technical, local, and international.
• Demonstrable knowledge and practical application of GEO – understanding how to optimize for Google SGE, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Bing Chat, and other generative AI platforms.
• Working knowledge of AEO – optimizing for voice queries, question-based searches, and direct answer extraction.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Data Studio.
• Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-disciplined, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
