Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new and existing content.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO recommendations to improve search rankings.
  • Analyze competitor websites and backlink strategies for insights.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies aligned with SEO goals.
  • Collaborate with content and editorial teams to implement SEO in content creation and publishing.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in site architecture, internal linking, and metadata.
  • Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed in new code releases.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & PPC Campaigns:

  • Execute and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) to meet performance targets.
  • Perform A/B and multivariate testing on ads and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, estimate monthly spend, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Track, report, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign ROI.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithms and digital ad platform changes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on SEO and SEM.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization.
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Proficiency with bid management tools (e.g., Google Ads Editor, WordStream, etc.).
  • Experience in conducting A/B and multivariate tests for ads and web pages.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine ranking factors and algorithms.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO/SEM and digital marketing.
