Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of SEO/SEM analysts to optimize campaign performance
  • Ensure delivery of KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPL, and quality score benchmarks
  • Oversee execution of on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic growth
  • Coordinate campaign planning and resource management aligned with global teams

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate with deep knowledge of digital marketing channels
  • Proven leadership in SEM/SEO execution and team management
  • Proficient in Google AdWords, Analytics, and campaign performance tracking
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills
