Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid search and display campaigns (Google Ads,
Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Manage daily campaign performance: monitor KPIs, budget pacing, and conversion
tracking
- Execute ad copywriting, A/B testing, and audience segmentation to improve
performance
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to align campaign messaging
- Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and strategic
recommendations
- Stay up to date with SEM/marketplace ad trends, tools, and algorithm changes
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, quality score, and relevance
Requirements
- 14 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace ad
platforms (Amazon/Flipkart)
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and
Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and performance
metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a sharp focus on
result
