Job Title-SEM / Paid Media Analyst
Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-drivenSEM / Paid Media Analystto manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns acrossGoogle Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving website traffic, leads, and sales through performance marketing strategies and continuous campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, create, and managepaid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)andMeta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conductkeyword research, audience targeting, and campaign structuringto improve performance.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based onCTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Managead budgets and bidding strategiesto maximize ROI.
- PerformA/B testingon ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Track campaign performance usingGoogle Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Work withdesign and content teamsto develop effective ad creatives.
- Generateweekly and monthly performance reportswith insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and improve lead generation or ecommerce sales.
- Stay updated with the latestdigital advertising trends and platform updates.
Required Skills- Hands-on experience withGoogle Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Strong understanding ofperformance marketing metrics(CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate)
- Experience withGoogle Analytics and conversion tracking
- Knowledge ofaudience targeting, remarketing, and campaign optimization
- Analytical and data-driven approach
- Good reporting and communication skills
Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree inMarketing, Business, or related field
- 1year of experiencein SEM or Paid Media
- Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is a plus
- Experience handlinglead generation or campaigns
