Job Title: Search Arbitrage Media Buyer

We are a performance marketing company looking for an experienced Search Arbitrage Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta ads, TikTok, Native Ads platforms and partner platforms such as Sedo, Tonic, Predicto.

This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and the ability to scale high-budget campaigns profitably.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and scale campaigns across multiple platforms
• Handle and optimize monthly ad budgets.
• Optimize keywords, bids, landing pages, and traffic sources
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, RPM, and ROI
• Conduct A/B testing to improve performance and profitability
• Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies

• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in Search Arbitrage
• Proven expertise in RSOC, N2S, and AFD platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta ads
• Experience managing Native Ads campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to manage and scale high-budget campaigns ($50K+/month)
• Excellent communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results
