Role Overview

The Search Analyst (also referred to as Search Researcher, Talent Researcher, or Mapping Analyst) is a critical backbone role in executive search. You will be responsible for identifying, researching, and mapping senior-to-C-suite level talent across industries, enabling our search consultants to deliver high-quality shortlists to clients. This is a foundational role in building Trinity Global Workforce's search delivery capability from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Identification & Market Mapping

●    Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates for senior and leadership mandates across functions and industries

●    Build detailed organizational maps, competitor landscapes, and talent pools for assigned search assignments

●    Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, databases, and open-source intelligence (OSINT) to source passive candidates

●    Maintain and enrich a proprietary candidate database for future assignments

2. Candidate Research & Profiling

●    Prepare in-depth candidate profiles including career history, achievements, compensation benchmarks, and cultural fit indicators

●    Conduct preliminary telephonic/virtual interactions with candidates to gauge interest and assess suitability

●    Gather market intelligence on industry trends, organizational changes, and talent movements

●    Draft long-list and short-list documents for client presentations

3. Client & Assignment Support

●    Assist search consultants in understanding client briefs, job specifications, and ideal candidate profiles

●    Prepare pitch documents, capability decks, and research summaries for client meetings

●    Coordinate scheduling of candidate interviews and maintain smooth communication between candidates and clients

●    Support proposal writing and business development research as required

4. Research & Intelligence

●    Track leadership moves, promotions, attrition, and organizational restructuring in target companies

●    Build sector-specific talent intelligence reports (e.g., BFSI, Technology, Manufacturing, Healthcare)

●    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compensation benchmarks and executive pay trends

5. Operations & Database Management

●    Maintain accurate records of all research activities, candidate interactions, and assignment progress in the ATS/CRM

●    Contribute to building Trinity Global Workforce's research SOPs, templates, and knowledge base

●    Uphold confidentiality and data privacy standards in all research and outreach activities

Qualifications & Skills Required

Educational Qualification

●    Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR or Marketing preferred but not mandatory)

●    Certifications in HR, Recruitment, or LinkedIn Recruiter are a plus

Experience

●    2 to 4 years of experience in search analyst, recruitment research, HR consulting, or talent acquisition

●    Prior exposure to retained search, RPO, or staffing firms is an added advantage

●    Experienced with strong internet research skills and a keen interest in talent intelligence are encouraged to apply

Core Skills

●    Strong internet research and Boolean search proficiency

●    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

●    Attention to detail with the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly

●    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

●    Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar platforms

●    Analytical thinking and intellectual curiosity

●    Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment
