  • Local Language Proficiency: Must have proficiency in the local language for effective communication with customers.
  • Direct Selling Experience: Proven experience in direct selling with an aggressive and results-driven approach.
  • Customer Conversion: Ability to turn customer aspirations into reality by selling luxury holidays, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and generate referral sales.
  • Sales Passion: A fast learner with a passion for sales, eager to meet targets and improve performance.
  • Travel Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler for easy commuting to various customer locations.
  • Location Familiarity: Must have been in the city for at least 1 year to understand the local market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Reporting: Report to the Team Manager - Sales, updating on sales progress and targets.
