SE/AM/DM- C-BOM Management

Role:

• Preparing Color-Bill of Material (C-BOM) for models under development.
• Releasing C-BOM in I-BOM system post necessary checks.
• Creation of Color Change Note (CCNs) for color related changes in the regular production models based upon the ECN/PCN released by Engg/PPC/Prod.

Interaction with internal stack holders. (PPC(G)/PPC(M)/PPC(SMG) & CMF Designers)

Responsibilities:

1)C-BOM Preparations:

• Study Part Color Instruction (PCI).
• Study part drawings
• Study model Specifications for colored parts.
• Prepare C-BOM in I-BOM system as per above studies.

2)CCN Preparations:

• Study Engineering Change Note (ECN)/Production Change Note (PCN) w.r.t. impact on colored parts.
• Preparation of Color Change Note (CCN) and releasing same in I-BOM.

3)Interact with PPCs P-BOM members (M/G/SMG) for smooth & on time execution of C-BOM release.

4)Participation in development trial QRs along with Design CMF team to cross check vehicles models are made as per C- BOM.

5)Modification in C-BOM on the basis of above checks.

Educational Qualification

Essential: BE/Diploma

Knowledge of Vehicle parts/Drawing Reading is a plus
