We're hiring an Outbound SDR - US / UK region for a role that goes beyond execution.
At BigBoost AI, this is not a list-building or cold-calling job. You'll work directly with the Founder and performance marketing team to design and drive outbound strategy for US and UK clients. This is a thinking role with ownership, not a task-based role.
What you'll actually do
You'll build and test outbound systems, craft messaging that converts, and figure out what works across markets. You'll have the space to challenge ideas, bring new approaches, and scale what delivers results. Over time, you'll also take ownership of building and leading a small outbound team.
What do we need from you
3 to 4 years of solid outbound experience across B2B, B2C, or D2C, preferably in international markets.
Strong working knowledge of tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tool research.
Clear, confident communication. You should be comfortable speaking to global clients.
A strategic mindset. You should be able to think in systems, not just tasks.
Willingness to work from office, Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 2 AM IST.
