| Understanding of metallurgy and instruments operation . Understanding of AAS,ICP, LECO and other instrumental analysis,daily calibration and record maintain .Involved in day-to-day operation of all laboratory equipment and analytical instruments. Maintain and record all daily laboratory activities, observations, and analytical results. Ensure proper disposal of analyzed samples and maintain 5S and housekeeping standards. Manage stock and inventory of chemicals, reagents, consumables, and glassware. Support diverse lab operations across Preprocessing /RM/ utility samples, Understanding of copper electrolysis and elemental analysis .Handling and analysis of E-waste and copper scrap materials Strong understanding of combustion chemistry and environmental impact of burning processes. Ensuring all equipment undergoes timely AMC and calibration with traceable CRM standards to achieve precise ppm and ppb measurements for quality control. .Maintaining accuracy of test results under commercial pressures, especially for elemental analysis . .Developing a skilled team to prevent contamination in sample preparation, standardization of equipment, validation of test report as even small ppm deviations can significantly impact plant processes. Candidate should be Full time M.SC with 5 plus years of experience in Metal Industry ( preferably copper and other non-ferrous) Should have good knowledge and experience of Environment engineering and Compliance and earlier any experience in project phase would be preferred Good understanding of environemnt asepcts, understanding of Significant aspects and HAZOP analysis.
