Essential Duties/ Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise to recommend solutions for automation roadblocks, share automation best practices and champion automation innovation.
- 5+ years of experience in the Information Technology field, focusing on Quality.
- Detail-oriented, demonstrable ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Data Science, DevOps, and Customer Success team(s)
Education Desired
B.E/B.Tech/MCA/Any graduate
Specific Knowledge & Skills Required
- Experience in Quality Engineering processes and practices
- Knowledge of various test automation tools, and frameworks e.g., Selenium, Appium, Rest
- Assured with exposure in testing across application layers (UI, API's / Web Service, Data Layers) and platforms (client server, web, mobile, multiple OS / Browsers)
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience working in all phases of software testing right from requirements analysis up until QA/UAT sign off and release to live.
- Experience in testing (manual and automation) of Mobile, Webservices, Windows services, REST services
- Proven experience handling multiple and competing priorities across all stakeholder group.
- Experience in performance and load testing will be a big plus
