JobSummary: We are seeking a highly experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a strong background in product development and the financial services domain. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java, automation frameworks, API testing, and database validations. This role involves designing scalable automation frameworks, driving endtoend test automation, and collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality products.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts across UI, API, and Database layers
  
• Automate REST APIs and WebSocket-based services using modern tools and frameworks
  
• Implement BDD using Cucumber and maintain reusable feature files
  
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases
  
• Analyze automation results, identify defects, and track them to closure
  
• Continuously enhance automation coverage and optimize framework performance
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best automation practices
  
• Integrate automation suites within CI/CD pipelines
  
• Ensure adherence to test strategies, test planning, and quality metrics
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree, in IT OR Computer Science strongly preferred.
  
• Strong experience in UI Automation, Backend API Automation, and Database
  
• Hands-on experience with REST API automation and WebSocket automation
  
• Strong experience in Java programming language
  
• Proficiency in JavaScript
  
• Extensive hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium, Rest-Assured, TestNG, TOSCA
  
• Expertise in BDD with Cucumber
  
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks
  
• Strong understanding of test strategies, test planning, and defect management
  
• Experience in integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines
