Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and execute functional test cases to ensure software quality.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks usingSeleniumandTypeScript.
- Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and report defects, ensuring efficient bug resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and QA teams) to ensure proper implementation of test strategies.
- Perform API testing and integration testing as required.
- Monitor and improve test automation coverage to reduce manual efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in test automation.
- Ensure timely delivery of test deliverables while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience infunctional testingand test automation.
- Strong proficiency inSeleniumfor browser automation andTypeScriptas a scripting language.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools likeJenkins,Git, or similar.
- Experience withAPI testing tools(Postman, Rest Assured, etc.) is a plus.
- Solid understanding ofsoftware development life cycle (SDLC)andtesting life cycle (STLC).
- Experience in scrum testing is needed.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
