Role Overview : We are looking for a Frontend Developer (SDE-3) with strong expertise in React.js to design, build, and scale high-performance web applications. You will play a key role in architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver world-class user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the design and development of complex, scalable frontend applications using React.js

Own frontend architecture, performance optimization, and code quality standards

Translate product requirements and UX designs into clean, maintainable code

Drive technical decisions around state management, component architecture, and data flow

Build and maintain reusable UI components using Storybook

Implement real-time features using WebSockets

Collaborate with backend engineers on APIs, contracts, and system design

Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and accessibility (WCAG)

Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior and mid-level developers

Improve application performance, security, and reliability

Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in frontend development with strong React.js expertise

Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

Strong experience with React Hooks, Context API, and modern React patterns

Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)

Experience working with Storybook for building and documenting UI components

Hands-on experience with WebSockets for real-time communication

Experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL

Solid understanding of frontend system design and scalable UI architecture

Familiarity with performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, memoization, code splitting)

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)

Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

MCA/B.Tech/BE

Good to Have:

Experience with Next.js or other SSR frameworks

Strong knowledge of TypeScript

Experience with design systems and component libraries

Exposure to micro-frontend architecture

Understanding of web security best practices

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
