2. Backend Engineer (Java / Python / Golang / Node.js)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Build scalable, high-performance systems capable of serving large B2C user bases.
- Work with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and data stores.
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and security best practices.
- Optimize service performance, latency, and throughput.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams on new features.
Required Skills
- 18 years of backend development experience in Java / Python / Golang / Node.js.
- Mandatory: Continuous work history in product-based companies only (no service/consulting).
- Mandatory: Experience in B2C application development, high-traffic systems, and user scaling.
- Strong understanding of microservices, API design, event-driven architecture.
- Experience with relational & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure cloud systems and CI/CD pipelines.
