Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks, exceptional communication skills, and proven expertise in project and program management. This role will be responsible for driving initiatives, aligning teams with Scrum best practices, and ensuring successful delivery of complex programs across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Facilitation & Coaching
- Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
- Program Management & Delivery
- Drive strategic initiatives and manage dependencies across multiple teams and programs
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and business stakeholders
- Ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives
- Process Alignment & Governance
- Establish and maintain Scrum best practices across teams
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and reporting requirements
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, leadership, and business units
- Provide clear and timely updates on program status, risks, and mitigation plans
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability
Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Core Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Experience in scaling Agile across programs
- Proven experience in project and program management (technology/software environments preferred)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, and Confluence
Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- SAFe Agilist or equivalent certification
