Scrum Master

Experience: 5+ Years

Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST

Mandatory:

* Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification

* Strong Agile and Scrum implementation experience

* Experience managing distributed development teams

* Experience working directly with US clients

Responsibilities:

* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)

* Remove team impediments and improve team velocity

* Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders

* Track sprint metrics and delivery commitments

* Coach teams on Agile best practices

* Coordinate with US clients and leadership teams

Communication:

* Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory
