We are looking for a proactive and skilled Scrum Master to lead agile project delivery by guiding teams in Scrum practices, removing impediments, and ensuring efficient collaboration. The ideal candidate should be passionate about servant leadership, continuous improvement, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews/Demos, etc.
Remove impediments or guide the team to resolve obstacles by coordinating with the right stakeholders
Work closely with the Product Owner for backlog refinement, prioritization, and continuous feature delivery
Implement, maintain, and optimize Scrum processes using tools like Microsoft TFS, JIRA, or other agile project management tools
Monitor daily team activities, task progress, and project timelines through project management tools
Act as a servant leader and Scrum coach for both technical and non-technical team members throughout the project lifecycle
Continuously analyze team performance and improve Scrum efficiency
Provide hands-on support when necessary to address lower-level issues
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients
Handle conflict resolution, negotiations, and influence decision-making to drive outcomes
Prepare high-level documentation such as SRS, SDD, and other project artifacts as needed
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and motivate cross-functional teams
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Proficiency in TFS, JIRA, or similar project management tools
Strong attention to detail with the ability to dive deep into issues when required
Self-driven, proactive, and able to take initiative
Strong client interfacing and stakeholder management experience
Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM or equivalent)
Experience preparing technical documentation
