Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Scrum Master with strong Business Analysis skills and hands-on knowledge or working experience in Salesforce CPQ. The ideal candidate will drive Agile delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, gather business requirements, and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Act as a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams and ensure adherence to Scrum principles
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Coordinate with Salesforce CPQ developers, architects, and QA teams for successful delivery
Identify project risks, dependencies, and impediments; drive timely resolution
Support backlog grooming and prioritization with Product Owners
Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
Required Skills
Strong experience as Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in Agile environments
Working knowledge or hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ
Good understanding of Salesforce platform and CPQ processes (Quote-to-Cash lifecycle)
Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Knowledge of Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Scrum Master Certification (CSM / PSM / SAFe)
Salesforce CPQ or Salesforce Certification is an added advantage
Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile projects
Understanding of Sales, Pricing, Billing, and Contract Management processes
