Scrum Master

What you'll handle:

Daily stand-ups, sprint planning & retros

Coordinating with Dev, QA, UI/UX & Sales.

Ensuring smooth and timely releases

Improving team velocity and process

Helping teams stay focused and organised

What we're looking for:

37 years of Scrum/Agile experience

Strong ownership and communication

Experience with ClickUp

Ability to manage multiple teams/microservices

Someone who believes in outcomes, not just ceremonies
