Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and guide the team to perform at their highest level, removing impediments and facilitating smooth progress.
- Act as process owner for the team and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution within the team.
- Protect the team from external distractions and ensure the product backlog is well-prepared for upcoming sprints.
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or retribution.
