Job Title: Scrum Master

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: [Remote / Hybrid]

Shift Timings: 3 PM to 12:00 Mid Night IST

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 5+ years of hands-on experience in leading Agile projects and enabling high-performing cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. Prior experience or exposure to the Finance domain will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile/Scrum teams

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile principles

Proven experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and product

Ability to manage conflicts, drive consensus, and enable effective decision-making Preferred / Added Advantages

Prior experience or strong understanding of the Finance domain (Banking, Lending, Payments, FinTech, etc.)

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master)

Experience working in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) Behavioral Competencies

Strong leadership and servant mindset

Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset

High level of ownership and accountability

Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
