Job Description
Scrum Master
Work Location/Shift: 11:30 AM – 08:30 PM IST.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to drive effective Agile delivery. Experience in US healthcare, EMR/EHR, or clinical workflows is preferred.
Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and SDLC.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Product, BA, and DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, TFS, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting.
- Ability to identify and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies.
- Healthcare experience is preferred, especially exposure to EMR/EHR, clinical workflows, or US healthcare applications.
- Must be comfortable working from office every day.
- Work Location/Shift: 11:30 AM – 08:30 PM IST.
