Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the team in Agile principles and Scrum framework.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and resolve impediments for the team.
- Track progress and ensure timely delivery of ETL/Talend-based solutions.
- Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Finance Domain projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of ETL/Talend processes and data pipelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is preferred.
