Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide the team in Agile principles and Scrum framework.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify and resolve impediments for the team.
  • Track progress and ensure timely delivery of ETL/Talend-based solutions.
  • Required Skills:
  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Finance Domain projects.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ETL/Talend processes and data pipelines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is preferred.
