Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote and implement the Scrum framework, ensuring effective execution of all Agile ceremonies.
- Support the development team to stay focused on priorities defined by the Product Owner.
- Identify and help resolve impediments affecting team performance.
- Develop and sustain Visual Management tools to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create, review, and maintain test plans, protocols, and scenarios; document test execution results.
- Build and maintain tools to monitor Scrum KPIs and facilitate software development lifecycle documentation.
- Drive and motivate self-managing teams to deliver high-quality software products.
- Ensure traceability and compliance in verification activities for complex software systems.
