Function: Product Delivery & Program Management

Role Summary:

Looking for an experienced Scrum Master to manage Agile delivery across 2–3 cross-functional squads (Engineering, QA, Product) for a healthcare SaaS platform. The role focuses on driving sprint execution, removing blockers, ensuring delivery visibility, and enabling continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retros).
• Manage sprint planning, velocity tracking, and capacity across multiple squads.
• Identify and resolve impediments; escalate proactively when needed.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain accurate sprint tracking in Azure DevOps (mandatory) and Jira.
• Provide regular sprint health updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive backlog readiness with Product Owners.
• Enable Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years overall experience; 4+ years as Scrum Master.
• Experience managing multiple Agile teams (2–3 squads).
• Strong hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps and working knowledge of Jira.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise product environment.
• Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I, or SAFe SM) required.

Good to Have:

• Healthcare or regulated domain experience.
• Exposure to SAFe/PI Planning.
• Knowledge of release pipelines and go-live support.
