We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support manufacturing and supply chain transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements, manage Agile delivery, and drive successful execution of system enhancements across production, inventory, logistics, procurement, and operations platforms. Experience working with Applied AI initiatives, automation, and data-driven process improvements is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from manufacturing, production, logistics, procurement, supply chain, and operations stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams.
- Coordinate across business and IT teams to ensure alignment on project scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify, track, and help remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and delivery.
- Support QA and testing activities, including UAT coordination, defect tracking, and resolution management.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with manufacturing workflows, operational goals, and supply chain processes.
- Collaborate on Applied AI and intelligent automation initiatives, including predictive analytics, workflow automation, demand forecasting, and operational insights.
- Assist teams in leveraging AI-enabled tools for reporting, process optimization, and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or hybrid BA/Scrum role.
- Strong experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Operations domains.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with ERP, MES, WMS, SCM, or inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Applied AI, Machine Learning, intelligent automation, or AI-driven analytics initiatives.
- Exposure to predictive maintenance, supply chain forecasting, AI-powered reporting, or process automation tools.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) and/or Business Analyst certification preferred.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and modern data/reporting tools is a plus.
