Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and facilitate all scrum ceremonies.
- Work closely with customers to ensure quality deliverables from team on time
- Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
- Generate and analyze metrics to monitor and improve the team's velocity, software quality and efficiency.
- Encourage self-organization and empowerment of the Team
- Provide training for new members and refresher sessions for existing teams.
- Enact change & continuous improvement to increase the productivity and efficiency of the team and quality of deliverables.
- Foster a culture of collaboration within the team, promoting team building and ensuring team engagement
Work Experience
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in agile project/product delivery
- Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least 3 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
- Exposure to tools utilized in an agile development environment such as Atlassian, TFS, Jira and Confluence etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience generating metrics and reports
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills
- Experience in project management aspects
Desired Skills:
- CSM or any relevant Agile certification
- Experience in Healthcare domain
