Job Description

  • Agile Coaching:Guide teams in adopting Agile practices, fostering an environment of collaboration, and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
  • Facilitation:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Team Development:Support team members in their professional growth, helping them to enhance their skills and take ownership of their work.
  • Backlog Management:Assist Product Owners in maintaining a prioritized backlog that reflects customer needs and organizational goals.
  • Impediment Removal:Identify and help resolve impediments that hinder the team s progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Metrics and Reporting:Track and report on team performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate progress effectively.
  • Training and Workshops:Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote Agile principles and practices across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • [X]+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and software development life cycle.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles.
  • Experience in a leadership or management role.
