Role Scrum Master- Release Project Manager

- Shift timing -2 PM to 11 PM

Key asks for the role:
- Lead and deliver large-scale projects from planning to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, financials, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, organizational standards, and policies.
- Coordinate release activities across multiple teams, holding them accountable to the Definition of Done.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, drive alignment, and communicate tough issues with clarity.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing feedback and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Manage vendor performance, SLAs, and assist in contract negotiations.
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
Must have skills:
- 4+ years of experience as Scrum master and release management
- Experience managing projects using project life cycle methodologies.
- Experience managing project budgets
- Working experience on Mobile applications
