Job Title: Scrum Master
Experience: 10+ years
Skill Set: Scrum Master with Java Development background
Location: Greater Noida
We at Coforge are hiring Scrum Master (Java background) with the following skillset:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and blockers impacting team productivity.
- Monitor team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery commitments.
- Drive Agile metrics and reporting using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Understand and contribute to Java-based application architecture discussions.
- Collaborate with developers on technical solutioning and sprint estimations.
- Review technical dependencies and delivery risks.
- Support engineering best practices, including CI/CD, code quality, and DevOps adoption.
- Assist teams in resolving technical challenges and delivery bottlenecks.
- Participate in requirement analysis and technical planning sessions.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
