About the Team:

Corporate Services Technology group drives critical enterprise functions across Payments, Finance, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, and Compliance etc. enabling business growth and adherence to global regulations. We operate at the intersection of business and technology, enabling scalable platforms, data-driven decision-making, and risk-controlled execution across the organization. The team collaborates closely with front-office, operations, and technology partners to deliver efficient, compliant, and resilient solutions that support the bank's strategic objectives.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for complex enterprise platforms, ensuring high-quality, predictable, and business-aligned outcomes. The role will focus on driving Agile best practices, removing delivery impediments, and enabling high-performing cross-functional teams, particularly in regulated environments (e.g., Banking, Payments, Finance, KYC/Compliance).

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Delivery & Execution

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Ensure consistent sprint execution, tracking velocity, burndown, and delivery commitments
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
• Drive incremental and continuous delivery aligned with business goals

Team Enablement & Coaching

• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and mindset
• Build high-performing, self-organizing teams
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration
• Mentor team members on Agile practices, DevOps alignment, and delivery discipline

Impediment & Risk Management

• Identify, track, and remove delivery blockers proactively
• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
• Escalate critical issues to stakeholders with clear mitigation strategies

Stakeholder Management

• Provide transparent status reporting, sprint metrics, and delivery insights
• Engage with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and Business Stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between business priorities and technology execution

Agile Governance & Metrics

• Track and report key Agile metrics: Velocity, Sprint Burndown, Cycle Time, Defect Leakage
• Drive improvements in predictability, quality, and time-to-market
• Ensure adherence to enterprise Agile frameworks and governance standards

Tools & Process

• Utilize tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence for backlog and sprint tracking
• Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and release automation
• Maintain high standards for documentation, traceability, and audit readiness (critical in regulated environments)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience

• Min. 10+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, with Min. 6+ years as a Scrum Master
• Experience in Banking, Payments, Finance, Regulatory, or Compliance domains (preferred)
• Proven experience managing distributed/global teams

Core Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and modern engineering practices
• Strong analytical skills for metrics-driven delivery improvement

Technical Awareness

• Strong hands-on experience on Tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, APIs, and integration platforms
• Exposure to test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance

Certifications (Preferred)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM)
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or related Agile certifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to drive change in complex enterprise environments
• High level of ownership, accountability, and delivery focus
