About the Role:
Seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master Lead with an experience of 8 years to join our dynamic team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Sound knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Preferred certificates includes being a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- SAFe certification and Kanban certification will be a plus.
- Good prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
