We are going to trust you with:

• Driving Agile practices across cross-functional product and engineering teams
• Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Ensuring smooth sprint execution and timely delivery of high-quality outcomes
• Identifying and removing blockers to maintain team productivity
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to align priorities
• Tracking and improving Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team efficiency
• Enabling continuous improvement and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability
• Coaching teams to strengthen Agile maturity and best practices

Our ideal candidate will be someone with:

• 4–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
• Hold a Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
• Experience working with product and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to proactively solve problems and manage competing priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and team enablement

Bonus Points, if you:

• Have experience in a startup or product-based organization
• Are familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Have worked on scaling Agile across multiple teams
• Bring a data-driven approach to improving team performance
