We are going to trust you with:
- Driving Agile practices across cross-functional product and engineering teams
- Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Ensuring smooth sprint execution and timely delivery of high-quality outcomes
- Identifying and removing blockers to maintain team productivity
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to align priorities
- Tracking and improving Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team efficiency
- Enabling continuous improvement and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability
- Coaching teams to strengthen Agile maturity and best practices
Our ideal candidate will be someone with:
- 36 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
- Hold a Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working with product and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to proactively solve problems and manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and team enablement
Bonus Points, if you:
- Have experience in a startup or product-based organization
- Are familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Have worked on scaling Agile across multiple teams
- Bring a data-driven approach to improving team performance
