Job Description

  • Monitor and control project deliverables against defined project plans
  • Report project status to program stakeholders, platform leads, and management teams
  • Schedule and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and continuous improvement
  • Manage and maintain JIRA boards for tracking deliverables and workflow compliance
  • Ensure proper updating of resource allocation and project tracking files
  • Generate dashboards and status reports for stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for dependency resolution
  • Ensure adherence to Agile governance and delivery standards
  • Support ERP project execution in banking and financial domains
