Job Description

Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Primary steward of CM Payments Jira instance included: monitor and analyze sprint metrics ie: burndown charts, velocity trends, and cycle time to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement. Ownership Jira hygiene by enforcing consistent ticket formatting, field population, and workflow adherence across teams. Manage routine Jira updates, troubleshoot configuration issues, and coordinate with our Jira administrators on system enhancements. Generate regular reports on team capacity, sprint performance, and backlog health for management
