Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Scrum Master Intern. The intern will assist with coordinating and facilitating sprint planning sessions, maintaining sprint schedules, and monitoring team workflows. They will also help refine and document user stories, support team communication, and contribute to the improvement of Agile/Scrum practices within the organization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Sprint Planning and creating effective workflows
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills for clear interaction with team members and stakeholders
• Experience or familiarity with User Stories and backlog management
• Understanding of Software Development processes and methodologies
• Ability to collaborate and adapt in a remote team environment
• Interest or basic understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks is highly beneficial
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
