Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Scrum Master Intern to join our agile teams for a PPO conversion opportunitybased 12-month internship. This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to learn Agile and Scrum practices by working closely with experienced Scrum Masters and cross-functional teams in a real delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Assist teams in understanding and applying Scrum principles
Help identify and resolve blockers with guidance from senior Scrum Masters
Encourage collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
Track sprint progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms
Actively engage in learning sessions, mentoring, and agile practices
Who Should Apply
Students or recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related fields
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proactive, learning-oriented mindset
Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
