We are seeking an experienced
Scrum Master with 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise projects to facilitate Agile processes and coach cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate must have proven experience leading feature teams, managing sprint cycles for bug fixes, orchestrating complex implementations, and guiding teams through legacy system modernization initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies, servant leadership, and the ability to remove impediments while fostering continuous improvement in enterprise environments.
Job Responsibilities-
- Serve as Scrum Master for enterprise Agile teams, driving Scrum ceremonies and Agile best practices.
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to foster self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments, manage risks, and protect sprint focus while tracking velocity and Agile metrics.
- Lead feature teams through story mapping, sprint planning, delivery tracking, and stakeholder demos.
- Balance feature delivery, bug fixes, technical debt, and production support within sprint capacity.
- Facilitate bug triage, root cause analysis, incident management, and production stabilization (MTTR, quality metrics).
- Orchestrate end-to-end releases, go-lives, hypercare, and post-implementation retrospectives across teams.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies, release planning, CI/CD adoption, and DevOps engineering practices.
- Lead legacy system modernization initiatives, including migration sprints, integrations, data migration, and dual runs.
- Drive change management, cutover, decommissioning, and optimization for successful enterprise transformations.
Required Skills-
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams in enterprise environments.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.
- Proven experience facilitating feature teams delivering new capabilities in a sprint-based environment.
- Hands-on experience managing bug fix sprints, production support, and incident response in an Agile framework.
- Experience leading teams through enterprise application implementations from planning to go-live.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating teams through legacy system modernization or digital transformation projects.
- Deep expertise in Scrum framework, Agile principles, and servant leadership approach.
- Strong facilitation skills for various Agile ceremonies and stakeholder workshops.
- Experience with scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale) for multi-team coordination.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile metrics and reporting, including velocity, burndown, cycle time, and cumulative flow.
- Knowledge of Agile engineering practices, including TDD, pair programming, and continuous integration.
- Ability to coach teams on Agile best practices and drive a continuous improvement culture.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across all organizational levels.
Qualifications-
Bachelor's/ Master's in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
