About The Role
Facilitate Agile delivery for industrial digitalization programs, bridging the world of OT engineering cycles and modern software delivery practices in a complex multi-stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies, PI planning, and SAFe Agile Release Train events
- Manage cross-functional team coordination between OT engineers, software developers, and data analysts
- Maintain velocity metrics, impediment logs, and program increment tracking
- Work with Engineering Manager to report program health and risks to senior stakeholders
- Drive adoption of Agile best practices in a hybrid OT/IT delivery environment
Must-Have Profile
- 6-10 years; CSM / SAFe Scrum Master certification mandatory
- Exposure to industrial, energy, or manufacturing sector programs
- Comfortable with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools; ability to work with non-software OT engineers
- Strong educational background – >75% throughout academics
