Key Areas of Responsibilities:

u2022 Manages and optimizes the flow of value through the Team using various tools, such as the Scrum Boards and other information radiators.
u2022 Facilitates Agile ceremonies such as Sprint / PI Planning readiness, by fostering the preparation of Vision and Backlogs, and through pre- and post-PI Planning meetings
u2022 Works with Program/Product Management, Product Owners, Software Leaders, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
u2022 Assists tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
u2022 Helps manage risks, dependencies and conflicts and escalates and tracks impediments w.r.t project/scrum teams.
u2022 Provides transparency and radiates status reports throughu00A0 to all relevant stakeholders and supports related activities.
u2022 Drives continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops assesses the agility level of the Team and helps them improve.
u2022 Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
u2022 Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
u2022 Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
u2022 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
u2022 Act as an agile coach for the team.

Key Skills/Competencies:

u2022u00A0Bachelors with overall 8-12 yrs. of IT industry experience
u2022 Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a SCRUM Master in a scaled environment with experience in the healthcare domain
u2022 Must have at least 5 years of experience working through the design, development, testing, release cycle and delivering software products to market.
u2022 Working experience in agile/SAFe development methodologies
u2022 Expertise in estimation and planning for creation of useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
u2022 Good people management skills with proven experience in leading scrum teams and implementing software engineering best practices.
u2022 Good understanding of benchmark software engineering practices.

u2022 Good to have - knowledge of DICOM/HL7/FHIR
u2022 Good to have - Certified Scrum Master certification

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
