Scrum Master

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master - Agile role.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with Agile tools Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM) is preferred
• Good to have experience in software development or technical background
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Guide the team on Agile/Scrum practices and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity).
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Ensure transparency and alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Support the team in achieving high performance and delivering value.
