Scrum Master

Bridgestone GCC is hiring for a Scrum Master to lead cross-functional delivery, manage complex end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) dependencies, and drive Agile maturity across high-impact business and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will orchestrate predictable, enterprise-grade releases across integrated Salesforce and Zuora ecosystems while relentlessly removing systemic blockers.

Experience: 6 - 9 Years

Agile Leadership & Coaching

• Facilitate Core Ceremonies: Lead high-value Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
• Agile Maturity & Governance: Coach product teams, engineering leads, and business stakeholders on Agile/Scrum best practices, metrics, and empirical process control.
• Metrics & Reporting: Establish and track delivery metrics (Velocity, Burn-down/Burn-up, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Defect Density) to drive data-informed improvements.

Backlog, Scope & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Product Owners: Assist POs and Business Analysts in breaking down epic-level Quote-to-Cash requirements into well-defined, actionable user stories with clear Acceptance Criteria.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge communication between non-technical business units (Sales Operations, Finance, Billing Ops) and technical engineering/integration teams.
• Scope Creep Control: Protect the team's sprint commitments while managing changing business priorities typical in CRM and billing transformations.

Impediment Removal & Risk Management

• Technical & Process Blockers: Proactively identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks across teams (e.g., third-party API rate limits, schema mismatches between Salesforce and Zuora, or stalled UAT sign-offs).
• Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate with external vendor teams, Salesforce/Zuora SI partners, and internal enterprise architecture or QA teams to maintain momentum.
• Risk Mitigation: Maintain a risk register for high-impact enterprise rollouts, ensuring fallback plans exist for data migrations and critical system go-lives.

Technical and Domain Expertise/Expectations

• Scrum/SAFe
• Azure Devops/Jira/Servicenow
• Scrum Master Certified / SAFe Certified
• Zuora/Salesforce Basic Knowledge ( Good to have )
