- Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to help deliver high-value solutions.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a tech-driven or product-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
