Job Description
Job Summary:The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading Agile Scrum teams in the planning, development, and implementation of SAP SD Procurement projects. This role requires a combination of strong Scrum Master skills, Agile methodology expertise, and SAP project management experience. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful delivery of projects by facilitating Agile processes, removing obstacles, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog.
- Ensure the team is practicing Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
- Identify and remove impediments that block the team's progress.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Track and communicate team progress, velocity, and sprint/release status to stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the Scrum team and with external stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, scope, and budget to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with SAP project management standards and methodologies.
- Provide support for the implementation and optimization of SAP SD Procurement solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Proven experience managing SAP projects, preferably related to SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) or Procurement modules.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remove obstacles for the team.
- Experience working with distributed teams and managing remote collaboration.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP certification or relevant SAP project management experience.
- Experience in managing projects in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Procurement or similar SAP modules.
- Knowledge of SAP integration and data migration processes.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
