We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 8+ years of hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery experience. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing multiple teams, driving mid- to large-scale projects, and working closely with cross-functional and global teams.
This role requires excellent communication skills, as the candidate will interact regularly with senior leadership, including VPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams to ensure effective Agile delivery across product development and DevOps initiatives.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on Sprint KPIs and Agile metrics.
- Ensure strong alignment between product, engineering, and DevOps teams.
- Remove roadblocks, manage dependencies, and enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
- Maintain clear documentation and visibility using Jira, Confluence, and related tools.
- Collaborate with global teams (India, UK, US, Canada) and adapt to different time zones.
- Communicate project updates and risks effectively to leadership teams, including interactions with VPs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong familiarity with AI concepts, Jira, JQL, Confluence, and Agile project management practices.
- Proven experience managing multiple teams and mid- to large-scale projects.
- Hands-on experience in both product development and DevOps engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of Sprint KPIs, Agile metrics, and delivery performance indicators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with global distributed teams across India, UK, US, and Canada.
- Flexibility to work from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
