We are seeking a Senior Pega Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience driving largescale enterprise agile delivery, including 5+ years delivering complex solutions on the Pega Platform.
Job Responsibility
- Lead and coach multiple Pega agile squads or highly complex delivery streams to ensure consistent, predictable delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, promote strong delivery discipline, and drive continuous improvement within the teams.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Pega LSA/SSA, BAs, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure clear requirements, guardrailaligned designs, and highquality delivery.
- Guide backlog refinement, ensure effective prioritization, and help teams break down Pega features into incremental, testable components.
- Facilitate DCO (Directly Capture Objectives) sessions to align business stakeholders, requirements, and Pega implementation plans.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments, ensuring timely escalation and resolution for smooth sprint execution.
- Support CI/CD processes, environment readiness, and release activities to maintain stable and compliant Pega deployments.
- Track and analyze delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time, quality trends) to inform coaching and decision-making.
- Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders and platform teams to ensure roadmap alignment and transparent communication.
Job Requirements
Must-Have
- 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, with 5+ years as a Scrum Master.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering projects on Pega Platform (8.x or later).
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-team or multi-stream Pega programs.
- Strong understanding of Pega case management, integration patterns, guardrails, and release cycles.
- Demonstrated expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile practices.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps for sprint management, metrics, and reporting.
Nice-to-Have
- Certifications such as CSM/PSM, SAFe SSM/RTE, or Pega CSA/CSSA/CBA.
- Experience with Pega Customer Service, CDH/Decisioning, or industry-specific frameworks.
- Familiarity with API integrations, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in regulated sectors such as banking, insurance, telco, or government.
- Experience leading Agile transformations or coaching multiple teams.
