Scrum Master

Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and will be responsible for guiding our teams in delivering high-quality software products. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and productive environment while ensuring that Scrum practices are followed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach team members on Scrum practices and Agile methodologies to ensure effective implementation.
• Assist the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and ensuring clear communication of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and resolve impediments faced by the team to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage feedback within the team.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in the project progress.
• Track and report team progress using Agile metrics and tools.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar project management position.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Ability to facilitate discussions, make decisions, and resolve conflicts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
